Why does Facebook show the wrong image when I share my page?

systeme.io only controls the picture through each page's own Social media image field, under Settings, then the SEO section, and that setting belongs to one page, not the whole funnel. The most common cause is editing the image on a different page than the one being shared. Beyond that, systeme.io's documentation does not say what makes a network re-check a page it has already read once.

Why does my domain show the wrong page when someone types it without a path?

Accepted Answer

Whatever page, blog, website or creator store still has its URL path field empty is what a systeme.io domain shows at the root. If the wrong one is showing, some other item still holds that empty path, or the path was cleared on a subdomain rather than the root domain you actually typed.

What is a workflow, and how is it different from an automation rule?

A workflow is a sequence with waiting and branching inside it. A rule is a trigger and the actions it sets off, with nothing in between them.

Will migrating hurt my email deliverability?

Accepted Answer

For a while, yes. Moving to a different sending platform builds a new sender profile with the inbox providers, so the reputation earned elsewhere does not come across and open rates move about until the new one settles.

Why does my page look fine on desktop and broken on mobile?

Because the phone layout is a separate view. Click the mobile icon at the top of the editor and work there. Settings marked with a mobile icon change that view alone.

Gmail files most commercial mail there by design, and it is not the spam folder. Plainer writing, fewer images and fewer links shift the odds, but nothing guarantees the primary tab.

Because a condition set on the email has not been met yet. A campaign email waits for every delay, time of day and day of week rule on it before it sends.

Restriction is systeme.io switching off the parts of an account that bring in anything new, because the account is sitting over the limits of its plan. The content stays where it is.

Where do my course videos actually live?

On systeme.io's own servers, if you upload the file. Storage is unlimited, but a video file cannot exceed 2GB, and systeme.io recommends uploading videos no larger than 100MB.

What happens when a customer's subscription payment fails?

The charge is attempted up to three more times, and the subscription is cancelled automatically if none of them succeed. On card payments the retry schedule is set in your own Stripe account, not by systeme.io.

What can I actually export out of systeme.io?

Accepted Answer

Six things export out of systeme.io as a CSV or a PDF: contacts, transactions, invoices, course students, one student's session log, and one customer's consent record. Nothing exports a page, a funnel, an email or a blog post itself.
